Waldorf’s A.A. in Human Resource Management degree is built upon the key competencies identified by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). This program includes a foundational course in human resource management, as well as the flexibility for students to choose four additional courses, each reflecting a key competency identified by SHRM. This A.A. degree program is designed for current or aspiring professionals with a specific interest in the management of people and talent.
Option to Continue Towards a Bachelor’s Degree
For students who may wish to pursue a bachelor’s degree in the future, the associate degree program is designed to prepare for entry into Waldorf’s bachelor’s degree programs with upper division standing. This A.A degree program coursework also satisfies the requirements for the Human Resource Management concentration within Waldorf’s B.S. program in Business Administration.
Estimated time to complete the Associate of Arts program is two years with full-time enrollment.
